Winston Reed – Managing Director
Winston is involved and has a long background across all sections of the food industry from farming, through processing to retailing.

He holds 8 directorships and is the founder of Greener for Life business.

Ellie Reed – Finance
Ellie has worked in practice as a chartered accountant for seven years gaining experience in audit and company and charity accounts. She is responsible for the financial and management matters of the business and development of the Green Fund.

Nick Openshaw – Legal
Nick is a solicitor specialising in business and commercial matters. Among his principal areas of expertise are buying/selling businesses, practices and companies, banking and venture capital, business contracts, joint ventures and collaborations and MBOs/MBIs.

Alan Hinton – Non-executive Director
Alan has worked in farming and agriculture since the age of 19. In 2001 he was appointed to the position of managing director of ACC, a £450 million turnover business, processing one billion litres of milk per annum. Following the sale of ACC Alan has been in considerable demand in the UK and Europe as a management consultant and was publicly credited for conjoining farmers and milk processors to form the newly created Dairy UK.
